Typically a quiet time of year for real estate, residential homes sold in Vancouver reached 2,516, a 17.7% decline compared to the 3,057 sales in October 2014. Even with the dip from October, November sales were unusually high. In fact, last month’s sales were nearly 7% above the 10-year sales average for the month, and saw an 8.4% increase over the 2,321 sales in November 2013.
