The American election has come and gone – and it has been polarizing. Many American people, including a handful of celebrities, such as Cher, Ne-Yo, Stephen King, and Lena Dunham, have been pretty vocal about moving to the Great White North if Donald Trump won. In fact, rapper Snoop Dogg made headlines when he tweeted about his intentions to relocate to the six, and enlisted Drake’s help:
And it’s not just star-studded homebuyers; after the election, Zoocasa.com experienced a surge in searches for “move to Canada.” We shouldn’t be too surprised, though, considering Canada’s immigration website crashed during election night.
